bold entrepreneurial ideas.

We recruit Co-Founders to build revolutionary companies from scratch. Our Co-Founders are bold and ambitious, and many have previously founded and served as CEOs of venture-backed companies. We generate ideas, in partnership with our co-founding parties.

Our leadership has created over $5 billion of market value and mentors provide structured guidance and leadership to Co-Founders to ensure they are set up for success.

We validate ideas before company inception to ensure they are sufficiently bold and have the potential to change the world for the better. At inception, companies are funded to ensure that they can execute their ambitious mission statements.

Matt Holmes

CEO, ScribeAI

Matt Holmes, Co-Founder and CEO began developing ScribeAI in 2023 after witnessing firsthand the toll clinical documentation took on his family members who are healthcare providers. Holmes teamed up with Robertson and Revolution Venture Studios in 2024 to drive exponential growth for ScribeAI.

Driven by a deep appreciation for the human side of medicine, Holmes recognized that the burden of endless paperwork was taking clinicians away from what mattered most - their patients. With that insight, he set out to create a solution that blends empathy with innovation, leveraging AI to simplify documentation and return time to care.

Under his leadership, ScribeAI has evolved from an idea into a transformative platform that empowers healthcare providers to work smarter, not harder. Holmes’ vision extends beyond technology; it’s about restoring balance, improving clinician well-being, and ultimately enhancing patient outcomes. His commitment to building meaningful, human-centered innovation continues to shape ScribeAI’s mission to redefine the future of clinical documentation.

José (JJ Martin) Martín Quesada

CEO, Foresight

Jose Martin Quesada (JJ), Co-Founder and CEO of Foresight, has been building AI products across industries for a decade. After founding AI companies in computer vision and agentic AI, he decided to focus on a recurring problem that kept coming up from healthcare clients: brilliant clinicians are drowning in administrative work while patients wait too long for access to care.

Healthcare is both the industry most in need of breakthrough automation and the one most poorly served by it. Clinics wanting to get ahead of administrative work such as prior authorization and medical claims are often excluded from the kind of custom enterprise systems that only major health systems can afford to build. They’re left with patchwork solutions that often create more problems than they solve.

Recognizing this gap, JJ co-founded Foresight alongside Revolution Venture Studios. This partnership proved to be a powerful catalyst; by combining his automation-first philosophy with the strategic infrastructure and operational expertise of Revolution Venture Studios, he was able to move rapidly from a technical vision to a robust, market-ready solution. Together, they saw the opportunity to apply the agentic AI principles JJ had refined across dozens of complex products to the specific, high-stakes challenges of revenue cycle management and prior authorization.

Under his leadership, Foresight has evolved into an end-to-end platform that handles eligibility, prior authorizations, claims, and denials through a single system built for telehealth and specialty practices. JJ’s philosophy is pragmatic: deterministic rules where they work, AI only where it adds measurable accuracy. The goal isn’t to eliminate human judgment, but to free it for the cases that actually need it. Every authorization that processes automatically is a patient who gets care faster, and every claim paid on time is cash that a clinic can use to grow. Foresight’s mission is to let clinics go back to delivering care at scale.
